Shipping
1. Orders are F.O.B our factory or as quoted
2. Orders Prepaid over $100 free shipping or as quoted
3. Drop shipments are billed for shipping & handling
4. Labels with contents are billed at $5.00 ea
5. Tracking numbers are e-mailed for your convenience,
you must track your shipment for delivery & location
status
Damaged Products
1. Carefully inspect your order immediately to
assure damage did not occur in shipment
2. Customer must report damage to carrier within 24 hours
3. Customer must make claim with carrier in city where
damage is claimed.
Payment Methods
1. Prepay check or credit card
2. 50% down & balance on ship, check/credit card
3. Net 10 with approved credit check or credit card

Artwork
1. We provide in-house graphic service for customers who do not have
the approiate artwork. Please see “Set Up Charges” for hourly rate.
2. If you already have your art design we can receive it by
a. Black and White Vector art. We do not accept rasterized
images such as JPEG, TIFF, TGA, GIF, PSD, ETC
We accept the above formats for offset color paper printing.
No Artwork can be accepted with “placed” or Linked” images.
b. You may submit your art on CD in the following formats
1. Corel draw 2. Freehand 3. Illustrator
4. Photo shop (for offset color paper printing only)
c. With customer supplied art provide and follow with design
1. Screen font used
2. Black & White faxed hard copy printout of layout
d. For names and personalizations only, Use (no graphics)
1. Microsoft Word 2. Microsoft Excel
Quotations
1. Quotations are based on material, time and capacity, henceforth
all quotations are good for 10 days.
Over/Under runs
There can be a 10% more or less billed for custom orders in this case.
Ordering

Samples
1. Random samples are sold at catalog price.
2. Spec Samples are made at $75 per hour plus tooling.
3. All sample fees are refunded towards order if placed.
