If you need it sooner, same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 12 PM Central Time on in-stock items. Custom trophies and plaques may take up to 5 days, while custom medals, pins, and rings can take 30-45 days. You can track estimated shipping and arrival dates anytime using our Shipping Estimator. You'll also receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
3. How can I track my package?You’ll receive an email with tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see this email, please reach out to us at [email protected] or call/text us at 936-349-0300. Don’t forget to include your name and order number!
4. Why am I being charged for shipping if my order is over $95?This may be due to items in your cart that aren’t eligible for free shipping. Please check for items in categories like Acrylic Awards, Crystal Awards, Custom Awards, and others listed on our site. Free shipping applies only to trophies, wood trophies, plaques, and resin trophies.

Please ensure all spelling is correct, as we do not perform spell checks. The first 40 characters of engraving are free, with a fee of $0.25 for additional characters.
2. Can I add engraving text to a custom award?Yes! Most awards include an engraving plate area, allowing for personalization. Check our engraved plate page for options.
3. How can I add engraving to the back of my medals?Please add item number “MEDPLATE” to your cart and easily add your personalization text online. Please note: our engraved plates come separately from medals. If you would like the engraved plates pre-added to your medals, please email [email protected] to request this service. Please note, we do charge the following fees for this service:
For medals under 750, a $30 service fee will be charged. For medals exceeding 750, a $80 service fee will be charged. For medals exceeding 1,500, a $300 service fee will be charged.

7. Do you offer special packaging requests? Yes, customers may submit instructions on how they would like merchandise packaged and labeled. We charge $5 per box. Anything exceeding 30 boxes will be charged a flat fee of $300.
